Happy Pride Month!

Pride Month is currently celebrated each year in the month of June to honor the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan. The purpose of the commemorative month is to recognize the impact that LGBTQ+ individuals have had on history locally, nationally, and internationally.
Throughout the month of June, the blog will be highlighting LGBTQ+ materials in SCA. We also will be highlighting the new exhibit, It’s A Lot Like Falling in Love: Legacies of Naiad Press in the Tallahassee Lesbian Community, which will be opening at the FSU Museum of Fine Arts on June 9th!
Be sure to check out our previous posts for Pride Month from the past few years, and to check back throughout this month for new posts!
